I just need some help in securing switches from unauthorized wireless access points.Can i implement port security in such a way whereby if a user plugs in a wireless access-point into one of the floor switches, the port will be disabled?
Hi, You can define port security on the switch port in such a way so that only one device(only one mac address is allowed) on that port whichever is learnet first by that port. or u can define port security with static mac address configuration on port but it wud be more panic job.
