POST test eobc failure

I have noticed that during P.O.S.T I am getting error message:

Cpu Subsystem Tests...

seeprom: . temperature_sensor: . eobc: F

how critical is that?

Re: POST test eobc failure

Hi:

Its hard to judge how critical it is. it depends on your definition of 'critical.' I would say any hardware alarm is critical and should be addressed as soon as possible with Cisco. Contact your Cisco rep.

Re: POST test eobc failure

Rule of thumb in my network: If POST failed, RMA the appliance. I can't afford to pay $$$ in maintenance. Not even when the thermometer component is faulty.

Hope this helps.
