Power inline delay on a 2960X

I'm troubleshooting a problem with an IP phone (brand Aastra) and Cisco 2960X switch with PoE. The problem is that some of the phones does not power on correct.

We've talked to the supplier of the IP phone and they have asked us to use this command on the port connected to the phone:

Power inline delay shutdown 20 initial 30

This command is not available for the 2960X. Is there any similar command to fix this?

Here's the log of the phone showing that it never really comes up:

This example shows how to enable detection of a powered device and to automatically power a PoE port on a switch:

Switch(config)# interface gigabitethernet1/0/2
Switch(config-if)# power inline auto

The ports on the switch has been configured with "power inline auto" to autodetect PoE devices, and as you can see from the log it actually tries to give power to the device, but the power is quickly removed. So something is not working as it should.
