Prevent DHCP offers or acks

Hi,

I have a customer who are distribut the IP addresses via DHCP.

It occurs however again and again that a colleague places a new installed server with activ DHCP Server

into the network, and this new server distributes sporadically addresses.

Is it possible on CATOS and IOS Switches to drop dhcpoffers or dhcpacks from non authorized dhcp servers in layer 2 environment?

any suggestions are welcome,
