Problem upload IOS on switch 2960

Dear All Expert,

i had some issue on IOS Cisco switch 2960,i tried to upload IOS in to switch 2960 but i show error as below please kindly see as below:

switch: copy xmodem: flash:c2960-lanbasek9-mz.122-35.SE1

Begin the Xmodem or Xmodem-1K transfer now...

CCCCCCCCCC BB0BB0xmodem:: I/O error

Could you help to solve this problem?

Check to see if you have room in flash , in these smaller switches sometimes you have to delete the existing image before putting in a new one.
