Problem with cisco 2801 router

I have a cisco 2801 router, and this is the message on the route :

What is the problem with my router?

These problems are very often caused by bugs in the software. So first upgrade to a newer release of the version you are running. I.E. if you are running 12.4.20T2, go to 12.4.20T8 which is the newest 12.4.20 release.
