Problem with sup 2 plus 10G

Hi,

We have C4506 with sup2-plus sup engine. We just purchased sup2-plus 10G. opun Installing the new sup engine, we encountered the following error on the 4506 switch.

UNHANDLED ROMMON EXCEPTION at PC=045204bc

Vector=00000100 MSR=02029230 LR=0450add0

MCSR=00000000

CISR0=00000000 CISR1=40000000

DDR_ERR_DETECT=00000000

It would keep on rebooting after this message.

Any inputs is highly appreciated.

I recommend opening a case with Cisco TAC for further troubleshooting.

We have simalar problem with SUP6-E

After i moved the 10G transciever the card booted.

Did you get anny info from CISCO ?
