problem with vlan spanned over cisco 3750 dlink 3627

On one port ping starts after 20 seconds on second after few minutes... First is dlink port in vlan 88 , second is dlink port in vlan 99. The configuration for porta and vlans is the same... What to do ? cisco 3750 and dlink 3627

this is cisco connected do dlink and 2 computers mabye some STP make troubles ?

1 pvlan on cisco maked with physical link to vlan 1 and 2 others vlans 88,99 with svi of course... normal gateway and nothing else

physical link is only from private vlan to vlan 1 !!!
