QoS limitation on Sup720-3B

Hello,

Does anyone know how many QoS classes are supported on a 6500 Sup720-3B running SXI for a single interface per-direction? I have 170 classes per-direction today, and I'm wondering if anyone has pushed it beyond this?

Hello Lee,

Its used to be:

- 1k unique class maps
- 1k unqiue policy-maps (aggregate policers)
- 255 class-maps per policy map

You could see the current TCAM/QoS resurces usage on the system via:

- show tcam count

- show platform hardware capacity acl

- show platform hardware capacity qos
