Are there any versions of code that support the match protocol command within a Class-map on a 3750?

The 3750 does not have the hardware to support NBAR. The only switch that is able to support NBAR is the 6500 and preferable with a FlexWAN card. Without the card, it runs in software and the CPU will be over-utilized.

Regular routers have the hardware feature to support this kind of service and it doesn't affect its performance.
