I would like to know what is the QoS scheduling/queueing mechanism when traffic goes through an Etherchannel circuit between access to distribution and distribution to core layers.

Hi
QoS mechanisms are the same on Etherchannels as on standard ports - on switches QoS scheduling is done in hardware so it's done on the ports.
Exactly what the queues etc. are depends on your switch model/line card types.

I have the same question than the original poster, but: Is QoS available on Etherchannel for 3560 & 3750 switches? I mean :
1- service-policy to identify & mark incoming traffics
2- Scheduling, prioritizing, rate limits, etc for outgoing traffics with 1P3Q3T or 4Q3T queueing mechanism
Thanks
Ben
