Hi ,
The QOS configuration on the 3560 is different from the 3550 which is why the
following commands are not accepted.
wrr-queue bandwidth 20 1 80 1 ----> egress bandwidth allocation
wrr-queue min-reserve 1 5 -----> minimum reserve level
wrr-queue min-reserve 2 6
wrr-queue min-reserve 3 7
wrr-queue min-reserve 4 8
wrr-queue cos-map 1 0 1 2 4 -----> cos to queue mapping
1. The first line "egress bandwidth allocation" is done via the following command:
"mls qos queue-set output qset-id buffers allocation1 ... allocation4"
2. The "minimum-reserve level" does not exist on the 3560. The 3560 uses queue thresholds
with WRED instead.
3. The "cos to queue mapping" is done via the following command:
"mls qos srr-queue output cos-map queue queue-id threshold threshold-id cos1...cos8"
In a nutshell, the 3560 QoS capabilities is a lot more granular and advance than the 3550.
I recommend you going through the following document .
