question about router management

I need to setup a 3rd router in BGP and HSRP.

These routers are all 3640's.

The routers only have 2 interfaces, 1 Fa0/0 and Fa1/0.

0/0 is WAN and 1/0 is LAN.

My question is, what is the best way to setup management via SSH to the VTY lines from the LAN side.

The LAN side is our public IP space as the WAN is the Public Internet with BGP.

Could I setup a sub interface on the LAN side and put it in the management vlan?

Will this still work if BGP is setup along with HSRP?

The HSRP is on the LAN side as it's standby group 1 with 2 other higher priority routers. The 3rd router is the lowest priority.

Example:

Fa0/0

Description WAN to ISP with BGP

216.192.26.32/30

Fa1/0

Description LAN to Public advertised IP block

209.4.5.32/24

standby 1 ip 209.4.5.1

standby 1 priority 90

standby 1 preempt

standby 1 track Fa0/0

router bgp 31300

network 209.4.5.0

neighbor 216.192.26.31 remote-as 15900

no auto-summary

HSRP cannot influence the path taken by the traffic entering the Autonomous System (AS). Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) can be used to influence the path taken by the incoming traffic, but it cannot provide first-hop failure redundancy for hosts on the network. HSRP and BGP together can influence the path for both incoming and outgoing traffic if connectivity to one Internet Service Provider (ISP) fails. Then the backup path to the other ISP used.
