Question on Fast Ageing in PVST+ topology change

Hi,

Since its possible that only one or few or all of the per-VLAN STP instances may detect a topology change,

So does the fast ageing of entries on account of such a topology change, take effect only for the MAC entries learned on those particular VLANs, or for all MAC entries?

Thanks,

Rahul

Switches maintain a per vlan mac-address table so it would only effect the vlans that are going through a topology change.
