"Dynamic" VBR-nrt value on an ATM PVC

I'm working on a CPE QoS profile, which should be a generic policy for all DSL routers we manage. This QoS policy prioritizes VoIP and needs at least VBR-nrt on the ATM interface, like this :

pvc 0/35

  vbr-nrt 1236 1236

  tx-ring-limit 2

  encapsulation aal5snap

  service-policy out dsl-upstream-qos

The vbr-nrt value needs to be configured manually, but in our case, it's always the same value as the DSL upstream channel0 value :

                  DS Channel1     DS Channel0     US Channel1     US Channel0

Speed (kbps):     0               16719           0               1236

Is there a way to "dynamically" configure the VBR-nrt value so we can make one generic configuration for all routers without having to configure the vbr-nrt value?

Router types are generally Cisco 870's, 880's.
