Anyone know if this is possible, and if so, have any sample configurations to do it? I've been digging around Google and not coming up with a whole lot, and considering the switch is on End-of-life status, Cisco isn't supporting it either.
Edit: We're looking to set it up on a per-port basis.
Thanks!

Glen, this is discuntinue product, you will have to do a little better, most of newer catalyst switches can do per port rate limiting , Qos etc.. , go to product link bellow and pick product look in data sheets and software feature information , it will indicate its capability in this technology.
For example I see these support rate limiting Catalyst 2960 LAN-base, 3560, 3560-E, 3750 etc..
For details refer to data sheets and/or software features ( Granular rate limiting)

Jorge,
Thank you for the response, but just so I am 100% clear and can report the correct information to my boss....are you saying the 5509 is not capable of rate limiting on a per port basis?
Thanks!

Hi Glen, base on data sheets reports on bellow link , no it is not supported, doing a search on product rate limiting is not found in any of 5500 models.
ALL 5500 Series data sheets report
