Actually we are taken the connection from ISP and configured EIGRP for network. When we given the command sh ip Eigrp neighbour, we found Eigrp neighbour ship was found to be flapped. when ever we log the calls with ISP, they just replying link is stable no issue found from our end, Please check at ur end for EIGRP flapping. Since its Data center every one restricted, so no chance for Physical disturbtion of cable. what are reasons for EIGRP flapping. How we can find where the issue exactly? i think its jilly question but expecting interesting answers..

Have you check the configuration ? Can we have a snippet of config from both the devices and logs were you are seeing the nighbors flapping?
What are the underlying physical interfaces? 20 p-t-p neighbors... is this perhaps on FrameRelay? If so, what is the interface utilization? Are you using EIGRP stub feature on spoke sites? If not, why not?
How is the CPU load on the hub site when the "flapping" occurs?
