reboot of the supervisor Supervisor V 1000BaseX (GBIC) WS-X4516 without reason

Hello,

We have a chassis WS-C4506 rurning with  version : cat4500-entservicesk9-mz.122-37.SG.bin", the problème is that the supervisor reboot without reason.

I want know H/W error or S/W error?

Sounds like an IOS bug to me.
