Hello Ibrahim,
Just a backdrop of what the command does for our reference:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/tech/tk389/tk621/technologies_tech_note09186a00800ae96b.shtml
This command should not "bounce" the interface or cause it to go down and then come back up again.

Ah ok. Well no problems. It was any which way a generic discussion on spanning tree guard root feature. None the less, removing that command from the interface level would not cause the port to bounce.
You can also create a guest account on www.cisco.com and then use those credentials to view this PDF though.

Hey Ibrahim,
I do not get the question. Are you trying to understand what happens when you have spanning tree guard root configured on an interface which has a host connected to it?
OR
Are you trying to understand why is it configured there?
