I tried searching the archives and google but couldn't find what this means anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks. Basically, the status light on the 4506 is red and no one connected to that switch has connectivity, i tried consoling in but it seems frozen even after reboot, does this mean the sup is gone?
Thanks

Hi,
Look at Using LEDs to Identify Startup Problems
If the problem persists Contacting the Cisco Technical Assistance Center
I hope this helps.
Best regards.

Yes !!!...Mostly SUP is gone, if you are not getting the console access also....
Try removing the SUP & resinserting again and see if it comes online.

Vinh,
It looks like you will need to RMA the supervisor in your switch. For your reference here is a guide to what the LED's mean.
