Redistribute

Does anyone know of any repercussions of using the redistribute command in OSPF while having a default route configured?

Default route will not get redistributed into OSPF unless you configure the default-originate command

SO if you want to redistribute routes into ospf except default, you can go ahead without configuring the above command

Manuel, you did not specifed what you are trying to redistribute to but if you are refering to redistribute static routes I have not seen any repercussions when the device is participating in OSPF while you have defined gateway of last resort for that device by static means.
