To set the load distribution method among the ports in a bundle, use the port-channel load-balance command in global configuration mode. To reset the load distribution to the default settings, use the no form of this command.

If you want to put load balancing back to the defaults, you should just have to type no port-channel load-balance, but are you sure this is what you want to do?
From searching Cisco site, looks like you are using a Nexus. I have zero experience with Nexus, so I am going to defer to someone else who might want to chime in to assist you this morning so I do not give you bad/incorrect info.
Use the no port-channel load-balance ethernet to restore the default load-balancing algorithm of source-dest-mac for non-IP traffic and source-dest-ip for IP traffic. You can browse the doc though to make sure this is the right one. Good luck.
