Remarks within a named Access-List

Hi everybody,

i have a multiple line named access list.

For example:

Extended IP access list Test

10 permit ip 10.0.0.0 0.0.0.255 any

20 permit ip any 10.0.0.0 0.0.0.255

30 permit tcp 10.0.0.0 0.0.0.255 eq telnet any

40 permit tcp any 10.0.0.0 0.0.0.255 eq telnet

Request:

Now i have to put several remarks to the ACL; for example to sequence 15 and 25. Does anybody knows how i can put these remarks to this position without removing the ACL.

Thanks for your feedback

Kind regards

Stephan

Re: Remarks within a named Access-List

I don't think you can put the remarks in specific slots . If you do a show access lists you will see they do not even show up in the list . You can try removing the access list and puting it back in but in may reorder it so the remark is at the top . Post back with your results it would be interesting to know.
