Replacing 7 old hubs with switches

The client has 30 staff members,50 pc's,3 servers and 2 LAN printers. They have pulled 100Mb CAT5 cabling and 7 old hubs. They dont need the internet but I would like to give them the option of having it with the least amount of cost.Since they currently only have 30 employee's total would it not be easier to replace the old hubs with one 50 port switch to allow them to expand and later on have internet access?

I would suggest to go from 2960,

2960-48TT-L--->48 Ethernet 10/100 ports and 2 10/100/1000 uplinks with LAN Base software.
