hi all, when replacing a line card on a 6500, i gather there is no config stored on the card, its all held on the sup, so when i put in another card the config will be the same?
What if the line card is a gig line card lets say but its a different model? I can't remember will it keep the config say from a 6548 to a 6748? Either way I will have the config ready to go just in case. I am doing a swap tomorrow.
