Restore default settings for SRW224G4

Hallo!

Sorry I did not find an answer for my problem in other discussions ...

One of our costomers has a SRW224G4 Switch - which has not any documentation  :-(

I do not get onto the switch in any way. 

I do not have an IP-Address, the default settings for he serial port do not work ... So I cannot reach the device and reset the password like described in:

Is there any other way to reset the device?

I cannot find any reset button.

Hi,

Try some of these values

Serial /console port is 38400, 8N1

Deafault username =admin

default password = blank (I mean null -type carraige eturn)

Default Ip address is 192.168.1.254
