Restrict network to one way traffic between two vlans

Hi,

I have one catalyst 4503 switch and three catalyst 3560G switches on which I have configured 5 to 6 (vlan 70,72,73,74,75,76,77,79) vlans all 3560G switches are connected to switch 4503 switch which the default gateway( IP 10.70.0.x) . I want to restrict traffic going from other valns to vlan75 but allow traffic from vlan75 to vlan70. What configuration should be there on switch 4503 and the switches 3560 to have one way network traffic.

Thanks

San
