route certain http traffic on cable modem and the rest on T1

How do I accomplish this task to have all regular web browsing http traffic to go through a cable modem and certain important traffic to go through a T1? I want to split it up in other words. I don't want users streaming music eating up the T1 line which is used for business purposes. We have a 3800 series router.

you can start first by classifying your traffic and setting up the next hop or interface using route-map, when done, apply PBR policy based routing along with that route-map on inbound direction the only direction allowed to the interface the traffic coming from ,to send your traffic to the adequate interface.
