route map and access list question

Hi. Could one create a route map and an access list on the same vlan? Where there will basically be a route-map A and access-group B?

Yes, you could but bear in mind that the route-map and the access-list serve a different purpose in this case. The route-map is used for PBR and the access-list is used for packet filtering.
