Routed interface and routing interface

Hi Expert,

Grateful if you could advise the different between routing interface and routed interface.

Perhaps you could give some context as to where you have seen these terms used.

Routed interface is an interface that forwards traffic at L3 and usually with IP has an IP address configured on it.

Routing interface i would say is the same thing so it would definitely help if you could provide an example of where you have seen it being used.
