Doesn't give me much information. Can you attach the crashinfo file(s)?

How to collect said info as I'm not able to collect it without help
Thanks

Post the output to the command "dir sup-bootflash:".
05-31-2014 10:23 PM
As per your said command the output is given below
rommon 4 > dir sup-bootflash:
bad device name (Device not supported)
usage: dir <device>
but the output of "dir disk0:" command is given below
rommon 8 > dir disk0:
PCMCIA slot0 device is not initialized
open: read error...requested 0x4 bytes, got 0x0
trouble reading device magic number
dir: cannot open device "disk0:"
Thanks.

Where is your IOS suppose to be stored? Can you check the status of the PCMCIA card? According to the error message, the PCMCIA card is not formatted properly.

Although i format the card by laptop using a card reader after that i copy the IOS from running router. According to you the card is not properly formatted than please help me how to format the card.
