router C3900-SPE200/K9 log HIGH CPU

HI all,

i have a router C3900-SPE200 this uotput the log %ENVMON-1-CPU_CORE_WARNING_OVERTEMP: Warning: CPU core is very hot value = 18. It exceeds threshold 22. Please resolve system cooling immediately to prevent system damage.  but checking the commands sh processes cpu history is 5% utilization the CPU.

the command sh processes cpu sorted is:

Confusing CPU Over temp error message on 3900 platforms

Search for the following bug  CSCum99304

Workaround:
There is no workaround. This bug is addressing the values reported only. If you are seeing the same log messages in production the root cause of the temperature issues still needs to be investigated.
