Router Hanging issue

I have a router 1841 it is frquently hanged i upgrade the router IOs with the image name but still i am facing the same issue . i am attaching the show tech for the reference.Please do the needful

sh proc cpu sorted 1min

to see what processes use more cpu

this route

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 FastEthernet0/1

causes the router to perform a lot of ARP activity it would be better to provide the ip address of the default gateway so that a single ARP request is enough.

there is a high memory usage from ARP process

I would as a start use a default static route pointing to ip addres of default gateway (there is only one possible ip address the net is a /30 so no possible errors here).

Then also the traffic volume has its importance your WAN interface is a FE but the device cannot handle 100 Mbps of traffic to/from the internet
