Hi all, If I have a core network, one router is advertising the 10.0.0.0/8 network via eigrp, and one other router is advertising the 10.118.0.0/16, will this work as in my eyes its still a more specific route and so shoud work ?

Hello Carl,
packets with a destination within 10.118.0.0/16 will follow the most specific route
most specific prefix is used first regardless of AD and metric
