From my recollection you have asked this question or a variant on this question many times before. If you just searched your own posts you could probably find at least 5 different answers to this question.
NetPro is a fantastic tool for people to solve problems, learn about networking concepts and exchange ideas with fellow professionals. I would not want to discourage anyone from using it including yourself but when you ask the same questions time and time again it benefits nobody.
I am not trying to be harsh but you would progress a lot quicker if you just did a bit of research around the subject.
