routing to internet router

Hi all, we have 2 routers at work, for the internet, the internal interfaces are using hsrp, my question is how do they route to these 2 routers on the outside if there are 2 seperate connections, will they just use bgp or something like that and have both routers advertising the same cidr block ?

Carl,

Its depends on the ISP configurations also. If you have your own CIDR block and running BGP with both the ISP's its failry simple. Generally the ISP's allow you to set a default route towards their network for the internet access.
