RPS ordering

I am in the process of ordering RPS to connect up 2 x Cat 3750. I have been quoted the following but are they correct? Are they all I will need? Thanks

1. PWR-RPS2300 Cisco Redund Pwr System 2300 No PSU x 1

2. C3K-PWR-750WAC= CATALYST 3750-E/3560-E/RPS 2300ACCS x 2

3. CAB-RPS2300= Spare RPS2300 Cable for Devices other than E-Series Switches x 1

Use this Installation Notes for Catalyst 3750-E and Catalyst 3560-E Switches, and RPS 2300 Power Supply Modules. It will help you to install.
