RSPAN session for VOIP Recording

Hi we want to record voip telephone

Presently im using wireshark on a laptop to test the rspan session

Here is how it's configured

CORE_SWITCH is

Switch Ports Model              SW Version            SW Image

Other switches are

CORE_SWITCH -> HV6 -> HV7

CORE_SWITCH -> POLICE1 -> POLICE2 -> POLICE3 -> POLICE4 -> POLICE5

Laptop with Wireshark is in CORE_SWITCH Port 1/0/9

Phone1 is in HV7 Port 42

Phone2 is in HV7 Port 43

Monitor session are like this

HV_CORE_1#sh mon session al

Session 1

Dest RSPAN VLAN        : 133

    Both               : 33

Dest RSPAN VLAN        : 133

Ive created the vlan 33 on my core switch and  remote SPAN VLANs 133

Core switch is vtp server so i double checked on all switch and vlan 33 and 133 are present

When i listen to conversation with wireshark we are only recoding voice of the one who is answering and we don't hear the other person talking

Can someone help me please

I had the checkpoint vpn software installed on my laptop and uninstalled it and bang i was able to hear both person on the phone

glad it helped ..... I remember what I went through before finally realizing it had nothing to do with the RSPAN or actual Wireshark settings.
