RV082 and ISP port refreshing.

I have problem with ADSL connection on RV082 and just wander if somebody could help me.

We have 2 ADSL lines connected to: first Linksys RV082 and second Cisco RV082 (with the latest firmware)- both are using ISP routers in bridge mode.

Every 30-50 days connection on Cisco went down and doesn’t come back until I restart Eircom router, what makes users quite annoyed. After couple of phones to ISP got information, they refreshes ports when this happen, but they are not able to see any issue on their site. On top of this, they do this on both lines and only one goes down permanently.

I replaced hardware to Cisco 877 with build in modem but effect was the same. I can’t see any difference in configuration on Linksys RV082 and Cisco RV082.

As ISP is not helpful too much, could you advise how can I troubleshoot the issue please?
