RV220W - Voicemail, Email problems

Hi. I'm not familiar at all with network settings so I was hoping for some help here with an issue we're having at the office. We have a RV220W and so far its been great for us but recently it stopped allowing our VOIP service to send our voice mails through our emails.


  1. VOIP service says they can only send emails through port 25.
  2. According to them our port 25 isn't open. Which didnt make sense since it worked i entered the following to open port 25.

Sadly it didnt work. our VOIP ran a diagnostic and we got this log:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Its driving me bananas.
