SDM problem

I installed SDM on my computer and connected to a Cisco 2612 router.  The
program interface starts to open and then a message appears saying, "This is an
unsupported router.  SDM will be closed as a result."  From the information
I've been able to gather, the 2612 supports SDM.  Any suggestions on resolving

this issue?

SDM is not supported on a 2612.
