Hi, refer to link bellow, you need etherchannel configuration, you cannot do teaming and etherchannel across different switches as it is not possible but can do it in a single switch.

Hi,
Iam having one doubt on the same.I am having two 3750 L3 switches which are configured in HSRP.
On 1 Vlan all my servers are conencted. For teaming servers I had connected another switch, assigning same VLAN and connected to the other giga port in 3750.
Is there any configuration need to be done for load sharing.

Hi Nasher, you may want to look into other options like GLBP that offers hsrp functionality and load balancing .

Jorge,
I believe he is looking for teaming (etherchanneling) solution on the switch side, not 'next-hop redundancy'.
I addressed his question in the WAN forum.
