We are using 3550 Switch, and when i try to implement a Specific Service Policy Input on a specific port, it take some time almost 10 Second, Policy is not implemented.
This problem errase when we implemente

This configuration on a port.
if i implement
" polict-map STC
class cisco
police 256000 32000 exc drop "
it works,
but
when i use
" polict-map STC
class cisco
police aggree cisco"
it does not work.
