Set up and programming a Cisco 2621 router, and 2 Cisco 2950 Catalyst Switc

I need assistance on setting up a DSL satillite system that uses a iDirect 3000 receiver that feeds into a 2621 Cisco router that goes into two 2950 Cisco Catalyst switches and what version of software do I need too program and install this equipment correctly and does anyone have any prewritten files for these components, like firewall settings, files too block access too unwanted sites, etc... any help in this matter would be appericated..
