Setting up HSRP for redundant Gateway configuration..

I am trying to get some backup for my existing Lab Gateway (7200). I have another 7200 that I want to use to setup as the backup Router. I have never done this so I need some help. How do I connect the two first of all and then how do I set it up. I need urgent help with this. My current Gateway keeps going down every once in a while..

You need to have L2 connectivity on LAN interface to provide a virtual default gateway to the clients. Then the second router must access the same outer network as the first one using the same protocols.
