SFP+ Compatibility with Nexus 3065-x

Hi,

I need to know if the STP-SFP+-LR Wavelenght 1310 10km  from other venders will be compatible with the Cisco Nexus 3065 switch. I know you can run

switch(config)# service unsupported-transceiver
switch(config)# no errdisable detect cause gbic-invalid

My question is will it work?

From other vendors?  No it won't.

You can use those two hidden commands but any troubles with your 3rd party SFP+ will not be supported by TAC.

The reason is because there have been numerous well-documented cases where the 3rd party modules (not made by the big five) is the root of (or part of) the problem.
