SFP+ confusion

Small Form-Factor Pluggable Plus. It is the second generation of the SFP interconnect systems designed for 10-14G performance. SFP+ cables are compatible to SFP ports and will work fine. SFP cables are not compatible to SFP+ ports. SFP+ receptacles have a mechanical feature to prevent engaging SFP plugs. SFP-10G-SR is 10GBASE-SR SFP Module.

SFP-10G-SR is not SFP+, for SFP+ we have

SFP-H10GB-CU3M (10GBASE-CU SFP+ Cable 3 Meter)
SFP-H10GB-CU5M (10GBASE-CU SFP+ Cable 5 Meter)
