Does anyone know if you can install an SFP+ transceiver (SFP-10G-SR) like a regular SFP (GLC-SX-MM)in the twingig module on a 3750e? or do you have to go with the x2 for 10Gb? thanks.

Hello Brandon,
according to
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750e_3560e/hardware/install/notes/1757202.html
is not supported so you need an X2 format module to replace the twingig module
Hope to help

Hi.
The Twingig is explicitly made to change an X2 10Gbps port to two 1 Gbps SFP ports, so no.
HTH.
