sg200-26p power distribuition

I have the following problem.

As my client setup is, the only way to power ap´s is as follow:

Entry nº  Port      POE Administrative Status   Power priority Level  Administrative Power Allocation   Maxpower Allocation   PC     Class

Device     Local Interface  TTL   Capabilities            Platform Neigbor          Interface

 AP3        GE3             172    Router, Trans Bridge   cisco AIR-CAP3602E-E-K9   GigabitEthernet0.l
 AP7        GE13            172    Router, Trans Bridge   cisco AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9   GigabitEthernet0.l
 AP5        GE15            172    Router, Trans Bridge   cisco AIR-CAP3602E-E-K9   GigabitEthernet0.l
 AP1        GE17            172    Router, Trans Bridge   cisco AIR-CAP3602E-E-K9   GigabitEthernet0.l

My question is: how power distribuition is really done on those switches?

with actual setup, no power on GE1 or GE2, if you remove AP3 on GE3, GE1 or 2 power up devices.

Are 16900 divided between two or more ports?

I dind´t find the relevant answer on the switch specifications.

Can anyone help?
