SG300mp-28 VLAN Setup

I slightly understand what I am doing but this is the first time I am creating this from Scratch. Can anyone guide me on how to correctly do this.

I have an SG300-28MP (Fresh out of box)

I have created 2 Vlans in the Web GUI

I have a Cisco RV180 Router plugged into port 28, it provides Internet Access

No DHCP all static addressing on connected devices

Vlan 1 is 10.11.40 on ports 7-12 - SG300

Vlan 2 is 10.11.50 on ports 19-24 - SG300

how do I configure the switch so that Vlan 1 and Vlan 2 can both get out to the internet but cannot see each other.

and is it possible to allow the machines sitting in each VLAN to see the Cisco GUI Management Interface and Internet but not each other.

I know this is usually done through CLI but I need to do it remotely through the Web GUI since I cannot physically get to the device.
